早晨 5:30 的陽光慢慢落進屋子裡， 光線還帶著一點涼意，像是一天裡最柔軟的開場。 我端著一杯咖啡坐下， 屋子裡只有熱氣升起的聲音， 以及窗外還沒完全醒來的城市。 這段難得的安靜， 讓時間像被放慢了一樣。 思緒在清晨裡緩緩啟動，連呼吸都變得平穩。 7 點前的從容， 大概是一天裡最奢侈、也最真實的優雅。 在日常開始之前， 先和自己待一會兒， 就覺得今天內心可能更溫柔一點。
