1. Packing & Shipping

We pack with care, using recycled materials whenever possible. All orders are shipped from Sweden via PostNord or other suitable carriers. Shipping is calculated by destination and parcel weight, and we always look for the most reasonable option.

2. Shipping areas

You may confirm eligible destinations with the ua before placing an order.

3. Delivery time & tracking

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped, allowing you to follow the delivery status through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees vary depending on destination, parcel weight, and shipping method.
For multiple objects, please contact us in advance to confirm combined shipping costs.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Delays caused by customs are unfortunately beyond our control.

6. Delays

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond the seller’s control are not the seller’s responsibility.
Seller will assist in contacting the carrier, but the final outcome cannot be guaranteed.

7. Shipping damage

8. Risk transfer

Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the object is handed over to the carrier.
