Non‑returnable items

The following items cannot be returned.
Please review product details before purchasing:

  • Damage or stains caused after use.
  • Color variations due to screen differences.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or cannot be restored to original condition.
  • More photos or details can be provided upon request.

Shipping Damage

Items are checked and carefully packed before shipping.
If damage occurs during transit, please contact me within 24 hours
of receiving the package and provide:

  1. Unboxing video. (starting from the unopened package)
  2. Photos of the outer box and packaging.
  3. Photos of the damaged item.
  4. Recipient name and date received.

Unboxing videos help verify when the damage occurred and are required for logistics claims.

  • Seller will assist with the logistics claim and arrange a return or refund when applicable.
  • Shipping damage and related costs will be handled by the seller.

For customers in Asia and other regions

All items are either consignment or pre-owned vintage pieces and may show natural signs of use.
Please make sure to check the size, condition, and details carefully before purchasing.

Returns

  • Returns without reason are not accepted.
  • If the item differs from its description, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • If confirmed as a major defect or wrong item, we will assist with the return process.
  • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by the seller.

Refunds

  • The seller will issue a refund within 3 business days after receiving and confirming the returned item’s condition.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Under EU regulations, you have a 14‑day right of return.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns

  • The item must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • Return shipping for change‑of‑mind returns is paid by the customer.
