Shipping Damage
Items are checked and carefully packed before shipping.
If damage occurs during transit, please contact me within 24 hours
of receiving the package and provide:
- Unboxing video. (starting from the unopened package)
- Photos of the outer box and packaging.
- Photos of the damaged item.
- Recipient name and date received.
Unboxing videos help verify when the damage occurred and are required for logistics claims.
- Seller will assist with the logistics claim and arrange a return or refund when applicable.
- Shipping damage and related costs will be handled by the seller.

Returns
