這款設計由 Heikki Orvola 在 1970 年代創作， 最初由一座創立於 1793 年的芬蘭老玻璃廠 Nuutajärvi 生產。 Miranda 身上看不到華麗的切割， 而是那種會在早餐桌、午後的陽光、或傍晚窗邊， 因為光線移動而呈現不同表情的存在。 是一件會被日常光線喚醒的物件。

杯身覆著一層層半圓的紋理，像花瓣，也像水面被風吹起的細小波紋。 在自然光下，這些紋理會慢慢亮起，邊緣變得柔和， 倒影落在桌面上時，又像另一個安靜的圖案。
